Refund policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has left our store.
The only exception is if you receive the wrong or damaged item. In that case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or correction.
